Influence of the entrepreneur's capacity in business performance

چکیده
The article presents a theoretical model of the entrepreneur's capacities and their influence on business performance. Starting from traditional theory dynamic capacities, those related to entrepreneurship and/or that are identified, determining factors such as training, experience confidence. In addition, other environmental institutional environment have been taken into account they affect entrepreneurship. For this purpose, study was carried out with Smart PLS software in sample companies tourism sector Mar Menor Region (Spain). An essential factor development region is sustainability coastal lagoon. Some considerations obtained determine which confidence entrepreneur sustainability, exert positive significant Furthermore, among mentioned entrepreneurial influence, trust ones most success business.
